- Three pillar type, two sets of S.S tension discs with M.S and rubber weight washer, Third pillar adjustable to Increase / decrease distance.
- In side of the creel and adjustable distance from cone to tensioning frame
- Micro adjustments of tension on individual unit
- All ceramic through out the passage of yarn from Creel to the front
- In the three pillars type of tensioner as two pairs of polished and smooth disc which suitable weight,
- One additional vertical pillar is placed in between two positions of discs to give additional deflection to yarn passage and yarn tension and control.
- Position of three pillars can be set apart maximum by one inch. Threading can be through one pair or both the pairs or both pairs and additional third pillar as per requirement of tension and control on yarn material.
- Tensioner has been fitted with flat caps (transparent) to control jumping of yarn while working.
