The Direct Warping Machine (Model T-1250) by Techmech Engineers is specially designed for Raschel and other looms used in the production of mink blankets. The machine features a 1250mm beam diameter, offering higher beam production capacity compared to small spindle systems.

With its high winding speed, the T-1250 allows equal winding time for both small spindle and large beam machines—resulting in increased production within the same duration. A yarn sheet tension control unit between the creel and machine ensures uniform yarn tension throughout the winding process, eliminating shade variation issues often caused by tension inconsistency in multi-spindle setups. Additionally, the larger beam minimizes yarn wastage due to reduced length variation and simplifies beam handling by replacing multiple small spindles with a single, large-capacity beam.

• Braking Device: Imported hydraulic disc brakes for immediate beam stoppage.

• Beam Loading & Unloading: Hydraulic chucking/de-chucking on one side and motorized operation on the other.

• Comb (Zig-Zag Comb): Manually adjustable zig-zag comb with automatic motorized traverse and up/down movement.

• Drive System: AC motor with AC variable frequency drive for smooth, slow-start operation and precise speed control.

• Safety Device: Dual safety system with a front-side limit switch and rear optical sensor.
