Due to higher winding speed in our direct warping machine the duration of winding in both machine (small spindle & 1250mm big beam) is equal, so in same time you can get more production,
In our direct warping machine we provide yarn sheet tension control unit between clreel & machine, for this tension unit you can get even tension in full yarn sheet as per your requirement from begning to end in winding, in multiple small spindle for weaving there is issue in tension variation, for this variation the shade variation may be come in cloth.
In samll spindle vestage of yarn due to variation of yarn length, and in big beam there is no issue for vestage of yarn.
