  • Adjustable based on yarn count, number of ends, and desired beam hardness.

• Beam Doffing System:

  • Two heavy-duty horizontal brackets lift and lower beams on the shaft across the beaming section.

  • Automatic beam loading and unloading through push-button hydraulic operation.

  • Supports 800mm & 1000mm beams with hydraulic donning and doffing.

  • Manual stand provided for 800mm beam donning and doffing.

• Safety Devices for Beam Handling:

  • Safety bar mounted on the main frame; machine operates only when the bar is in the lower position.

  • Additional emergency stop switch provided at the front of the beaming section for instant shutdown.

  • Safety bar equipped with integrated switches to prevent accidental operation.
